HI, I’M STEVE

Fitness has always been a part of who I am. I grew up playing football, but when I turned 18, I discovered a new passion—gymnastics. The discipline, strength, and precision required in gymnastics captivated me, and I’ve been dedicated to it ever since. Over the years, I’ve not only honed my skills but also shared my love for fitness as a gymnastics instructor.

My Journey

Despite my athletic background, life has its ups and downs. In 2019, I reached a point where I didn’t recognize the person in the mirror. I weighed 110 kilos, far from the agile gymnast I aspired to be. That realization was a turning point for me, and with the unwavering support of my wife, I decided to reclaim my health and identity.

The path was challenging—every workout pushed me to my limits. But I stayed committed, driven by the vision of who I wanted to become. A year later, I had transformed, shedding 22 kilos and reigniting the passion for fitness that had always been within me.

Now, I’m committed to a rigorous training routine, working out 6 out of 7 days each week, with 2 days dedicated to running. Alongside my personal fitness journey, I’ve continued to share my passion as a gymnastics instructor, training gymnasts for 3 to 4 hours each week.

My Mission

With 7 Minute Momentum, I aim to bring the same energy and dedication that gymnastics has taught me to help others achieve their fitness goals.

My mission is to motivate and guide people on their journey to better health, whether through online fitness courses, handstand tutorials, or personalized training programs. I believe in creating plans that are tailored to each individual’s needs, ensuring they can progress at their own pace and reach their full potential

  • Personalized Training Programs: Each program is tailored to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle, ensuring you get the most out of your training.

My approach is designed to build both physical strength and mental resilience, drawing on my experience in gymnastics and my personal fitness journey.
